Content: Article 1
The Executive Yuan Hakka Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) is awardingThese Measures are formulated in accordance with Article 9 of the Regulations and Article 15 of the Implementing Rules.

Article 2
The Hakka Affairs Professional Medal (hereinafter referred to as the Medal) will be awarded to those who meet any of the following conditions:
1. Those who have made significant contributions to the research and promotion of Hakka policies, systems, and laws.
2. Those who have made significant contributions to the preservation, innovation and promotion of Hakka culture.
3. To study and inherit the Hakka language, Hakka folk customs, Hakka skills, and religion.
Big contributor.
4. Those who have made significant contributions to Hakka education and Hakka talent cultivation.
5. Those who have made significant contributions to the promotion of Hakka media, cultural groups and cultural activities.
6. Those who have made significant contributions to promoting harmonious relations among ethnic groups.
7. Those who have made significant contributions to promoting cooperation and exchange activities in Hakka affairs at home and abroad.
8. Those who have made significant contributions to the creation and operation of Hakka cultural undertakings.
9. Those who have made significant contributions to the development of residential communities and cultural industries in Hakka areas.
10. Those who have made other important contributions to Hakka affairs and deserve recognition.

Article 3
This medal is divided into first, second and third classes, all with ribbons. Except for special achievements, the third class will be awarded for the first time., and can be promoted due to accumulated merits.
The same recipient may not be awarded twice within one year, and two medals may not be awarded for the same deed.

Article 4
The assignment for this medal is as follows:
1. Public servants and teachers are recommended to this Association for this medal by their service agencies or schools.
2. Non-civil servants or foreigners shall be recommended to the Association by the competent authorities or organizations related to the application for the award.recommend.
3. The members of this association and all departments and offices shall take the initiative to propose and recommend proposals based on their professional responsibilities.
To apply for this medal, please fill in the Application Form and attach relevant supporting documents. The format is as shown in Appendix 1.

Article 5
When this medal is awarded, a certificate should be attached stating the recipient's achievements. Medal and Certificate Template, illustrations, in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 2 and 3.

Article 6
This medal will be reviewed and approved by the Review Committee of the Association and then submitted to the Chairman for approval.Awarded at ceremony.

Article 7
Personnel who are eligible for the Medal may be awarded posthumously, and their immediate family members or spouse may receive the Medal on their behalf.by.

Article 8
Civil servants who are awarded this medal shall be sent by the Association to the Ministry of Civil Service for review and registration in accordance with regulations, and the Ministry of Civil Service shall be notified.Service agency.

Article 9
This Measures shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
